Terry Hilsman

Chief Financial Officer

Terry Hilsman has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of DHL Global Mail – Americas since 2007. Since joining Deutsche Post DHL in 2000, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for Global Customer Solutions and Senior Vice President in various finance roles, spearheading several business process outsourcing projects. When Deutsche Post DHL merged three mailing companies to form DHL Global Mail in 2004, Terry oversaw the financial aspects of the integration.

Prior to joining Deutsche Post DHL and DHL Global Mail, Terry honed his international finance skills at Royal Dutch Shell Finance in Hamburg, Germany, and The Hague, Netherlands.

Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in International Business. He has also participated in executive programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
